mix together
3/4 cup butter
1 can eagle brand milk
4 cups icing sugar
2 cups coconut
chill for 2 hours
roll in balls size of walnuts and chill
melt 2 bags of chocolate chips 12 ounce each with 1/2 cup parowax. dip balls in choc and set on wax paper lined tray.works best if balls are chilled right up til being dipped .i use toothpick in ball to dip in chocolate.store in fridge in air tight container.tomorrow is reeses peanut butter squares
REESE'S PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter/butter (melted)
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bitsIn a large bowl mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips). Blend well. Press mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.Cut into squares.
Delicious - tastes just like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
